Scripture for tday: Exodus 20:7 You shall not take the name of the Lord
your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes
His name in vain. (New King James Version by Thomas Nelson Publishers,
page 98) Do you realize this is the 3rd commandment of the "Ten Commandments"?
Taking the Lord's name in vain isn't simply using foul language or outright
blasphemy. We take His name in vain when we swear by His name to do
something and don't do it, and when we use it in a routine, careless,
and indiscriminate way that makes it void of any real significance or
meaning.
Please call us if you have any prayer requests or you hear of a member
who is ill.

BLESSING OF THE BIKES......
......Our Chaplains Joyce & Bill Owens and Ted & Carol Hillestad, are
doing a wonderful job including blessing of the bikes...
Won't you come join us at our next meeting and have
your bike blessed?
Take a second look at what you've passed.
Did you quit riding because your bike wouldn't start? Did you quit eating when your bride burnt the gravy? You probably still watch the weather report even though you're sure the weatherman would be more accurate if he rode a motorcycle to work. so why have you passed by Jesus just because a few so called "Christians" let you down?
Forget those around you who have messed up. What have you done with Jesus? Don't pass by the One who will never let you down. He can cleanse you of all the junk you've been dragging through life. In simple trust, why don't you ask Him to come into your life and give you a new start.
